We make every effort to provide prompt, professional service. However, arrival times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and service demand. We will keep you informed of any delays.

We provide upfront quotes for our services whenever possible. Final charges may vary based on actual service conditions, distance, vehicle type, and any additional services required.
Payment is due at the time services are completed. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For insurance-covered tows, you are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
We take great care in handling your vehicle. Before towing, our team will document your vehicle's condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle.
You are responsible for securing or removing any loose items, custom modifications, or aftermarket accessories that could be damaged during normal towing operations. We are not liable for damage to such items.
Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during towing operations. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services.
We strongly recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. SmoothMove Friendswood Towing is not responsible for any personal property left in vehicles, including items in trunks, glove boxes, or other compartments.
If personal property is left in your vehicle, you retrieve it at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of items left behind.
If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver is already en route to your location. These fees cover the time and resources committed to your service call.

In emergency situations, our priority is the safety of all involved. We may need to make decisions about how to proceed with your vehicle based on immediate safety concerns. You authorize us to take reasonable actions to protect your vehicle and ensure everyone's safety.
